App Account Deletion Request
We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your account on our mobile app (Vidyutvega Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. – Brand: 24x7 EV Station). Please fill the form below and your account and all associated user information will be deleted within 7 days.
Important Notice:
- Legal Retention: We will retain only billing-related information as is required by Indian law for taxation and auditing purposes.
- Wallet Balance: As per RBI regulations, any amount pending in your in-app wallet cannot be refunded and will be forfeited upon account deletion.
- Data Removal: All other personal data, including charging history and saved vehicle details, will be permanently removed.
